SET of 16 VERY RARE B/W PROMO PHOTOGRAPHS From John Lennon's September 1969 Live
Peace In Toronto Concert !!!
Offered is an ultra rarity: a set of Sixteen 8.25" x 11" b/w promotional
photographs from John's Live Peace in Toronto Concert held in September 1969.
These photographs are extremely rare and all are in Very Good condition with
some light creasing, etc. On the backside of one photo of John and Yoko on
stage is a hand typed note United Press International dated September 16, 1969
saying John and Yoko were to make an unscheduled appearance but showed up 4
hours late to the concert and the 20,000 fans booed them off the stage!!!
Incredible!!! Check out the group photo where not only John and Yoko
were there, but George Harrison, Eric Clapton, Billy Preston, Keith Moon and
others!!!!

Beatles BIG BEAT BONGOS in the original Beatles Bongo BOX !!!
A set of 1964 Beatles Big Beat Bongos in their original Beatles Big Beat Bongos
Box. These were manufactured by Mastro Industries in the USA who also
manufactured several other toy instruments such as guitars, ukuleles, drum sets
and banjos. They were officially licensed by NEMS Enterprises Ltd in
1964 and sold up to 1966 in stores and by mail order in the USA. This is
Mastro Number 370. This is one of the Holy Grails of all Beatles
Memorabilia!!! This item is still on a lot of want lists out there.
They rarely come up for sale. This set is the rarer Big Beat Bongos
which are much larger than the smaller Beat Bongos. Also the
stickers on the red plastic bongos are the rarer full color round stickers.
Only a handful of sets are known of these larger Big Beat Bongos. The
bongo drums are basically unused and in Excellent condition. The
heads are both tight and sound great. There is a slight discoloration
along one edge of the top drum skin. The black plastic rim guards are both
like new. There are no hairline cracks in the red plastic bongos
themselves. The foam pads on each end have deteriorated somewhat
which is common on all bongo sets. Both Beatles stickers are in Near Mint
condition. It also has the original Mastro decal sticker in the
center bridge too. The box is a solid Very Good to Very Good + condition.
The box has slight browning all around with small areas of wear, creasing,
light water staining and spotting in areas around the box. The box
is complete with it's cardboard insert and original instruction booklet.
The box top is die cut around the pictures of The Beatles and can open up and
fold back for display. The Beatles images and logo on the box are in nice
condition. The box measures approx 15" by 8" by 7". The bongos
are approx 14" by 7" by 6". A Super Display Item!!!!
We have had only 2 sets of Beatles Bongos ever and they were both the smaller
version!!!! Serious Offers Only !!!
