Presented
is a
fairly comprehensive listing of
Record Promotional Advertisement pieces such as magazine ads that were placed in
mainstream magazines such as Billboard, Cash Box, Record World and teen magazines
throughout the 1960's. Most of these advertisements measure 11" x 15" and
make great display pieces! If you have any
items that are not
listed or displayed please submit photographs with descriptions and magazine
publish dates to
promoads@beatlebay.com for addition to this
listing. Record promotional
advertisements are now becoming highly collectible and desirable amongst Beatle collectors.
Because
original in store promotional posters and displays are becoming very high
priced, the original advertisements for Beatle records are becoming a
popular item to collect as these items sell for much less.
Many thanks to Jim Marien for helping
us make this a more complete and accurate compilation!!!
